We want you to love your Boldveil. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how our guarantee works.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused where reasonably possible, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Start a Return
Email support@boldveil.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Boldveil arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Non-Returnable Situations
We can't accept returns on items damaged through misuse, or returned without prior contact to support@boldveil.com.
